1. System equipment description and performance requirements

Lime powder is packed in bulk by tanker trucks and transported to the silo for storage through the feed port of the silo. It is equipped with JG/T 5021 gas unloading bulk cement transport truck discharge pipe quick connector.

The lime powder is transported to the dissolution tank through the feeder and metering conveyor. The dissolved water is injected at a certain proportion at the same time to configure the lime emulsion with the required concentration (the concentration can be adjusted as needed). The lime emulsion is metered and transported to the dosing point through the screw pump.

2. System structure composition

1. Lime storage silo

The silo is equipped with manholes, unloading cones, silo brackets, feeding conveyor pipes, top guardrails of 1.2m, ladders with back retainers and top large bag discharge holes, etc. The silo is equipped with a dust removal device to prevent dust from polluting the environment. In order to avoid over-pressure in the silo and the filter cloth being blocked by dust, each silo is equipped with a safety valve.

9. Dissolution pool and dissolved water system

Realize that lime powder and water are fully mixed to form a lime emulsion of about 1-5%. Includes drain valve, stainless steel sus316 agitator, dissolved water system accessories. The dissolved water system includes pressure reducing valves, solenoid valves, flow meters and other components.

10. Liquid reservoir

The inlet of the liquid storage tank inlet pipe is equipped with a water film dust removal device to prevent dust from flying outward through the exhaust port of the liquid storage tank. Including drain valve, pressure transmitter, sus316 mixer and other accessories.

11. Complete set of screw pump device

The outlet of each screw pump is equipped with a diaphragm pressure gauge and a pressure switch to control high-pressure pump shutdown. It is also equipped with post-dilution devices such as pressure reducing valves. The structure of the screw pump is positive displacement, the pump body is made of carbon steel, the stator is made of styrene-butadiene rubber, and the surface of the rotor is film-resistant coating. The screw pump realizes frequency conversion adjustment according to the raw water flow.

12. System control cabinet and motor requirements

The entire system adopts PLC automatic control. The on-site control cabinet can display, set and modify process parameters through the touch screen, and control the preparation and dosing process of lime milk by using raw water flow and PH value 4-20mA signals at each point. The electric control box uses Siemens inverters and PLCs, and other main electrical components are Schneider, OMRON, Chint, etc.
